2021 Covid Plan

Families,

We are starting year to of fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. This virus has been a challenge and been stressful for all families. We wanted to provide you with some of the changes the league has made to make this spring as successful as possible.

1. If the season is cancelled before games are started due to covid-19 or city (government) restrictions, we will give you a full refund on your registration. If it occurs during the season, we will then review as a board and address on a case by case basis.

2. Hand Sanitization station will be located near the concession stand. We will require all coaches to keep hand sanitizer with them for use.

3. We strongly recommend not sharing equipment. We will work with our coaches on plans to clean/sanitize catching equipment.

4. Please note the city of Lewisville requires masked to be worn at all city parks. We encourage coaches and players to wear mask while entering and exiting the park and field of play. Mask are not required during play but allowed based on parents direction.
